Reclaim your health ♡ During this stressful time of the Coronavirus which is apparently sweeping the globe, some of my clients are feeling anxious. By being respectful to ourselves and proactive, gives us a sense of security when we have tools and knowledge of how we can come from a preventative space of health.
Now is the time to boost your immunity and putting the focus on the theme of using antiviral nutrition. This means your intake of antioxidants should be the first priority as well as boosting your healthy gut microbe.
Our health is our responsibility and we are completely in control, here are some of the recommendations that I use in my clinic.
Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids is a powerful antioxidant supplement that helps to ward off viruses, full of the goodness that you can’t get enough of just by eating fruit and vegetables, at this time we need to double up. I am recommending this all the time, in particular this one that I use to test on clients in my clinic. Having used these myself I felt the benefits immediately, I started off with 6 a day and lowered the dosage after a week to 3 a day.
Grapine Hi Potency With extracts of grapeseed and pine bark this is a powerful antioxidant that supports the nervous system and cardiovascular systems of the body.
Immune Formula This a blend of antioxidants for the immune system, it is ideal for those of us who tend to get coughs and colds at the same time every year, by taking a regular dose of Immune formula you build resilience to seasonal health issues.
Defense maintenance This has generous amounts of antioxidants and works in the same way as The Immune formula When used regularly this helps to build resilience to seasonal coughs and colds and should be taken regularly as a preventative for those who are prone to time of the year health issues.

I am also adding to my clinical skills with the most beautiful therapy that I am madly in love with! ♡
It is called Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
In some circles, it is known as psychotherapy for the body, it is steeped in energy work and is a beautiful compliment to my healing skills already used in Kinesiology.
