One of the principles of kinesiology is to meet my clients where they are at, it is a given when you encounter this work. This means and I can facilitate my clients from a distance and meet them in their present state to facilitate healing.
It will look different for every client as I meet them online, it could be Skype, Facetime, What’s App or Messenger, all depending on what is easy for my clients.
When we make the appointment I encourage them to find a comfortable space, and maybe a place where they can lie down and spend some time becoming embodied. We check-in and discuss your current situation and proceed from there. This is an anxious time and a lot of my work has been around COVID-19, by supporting clients with anxiety and facilitating them to skillfully support and find resources to use as and when they are needed. There are many other ways that kinesiology can support you, take a look here.
Although my work has been 1-1, now more than ever, the tools I have acquired over my 20 years of healing have never been more needed. I am called to help, whoever you are.
Client feedback: “After reading about Wellness Within, I asked Pauline to work with me online, I felt she resonated with what I was seeking. I live so far away and this was the only way I could work with her. It was during a very difficult emotional time in my life when it all seemed to be falling apart around me. Pauline helped me to find my own inner space, balance, and strength in developing awareness and mindfulness — and in managing my own inner processes. I felt her presence throughout the session even though we worked by Facetime — and I was very aware of a healing process naturally unfolding inside me. I would highly recommend remote work with Pauline”.
So in these interesting times we live in, I encourage you to think outside the box, to get support in times of self-isolation, especially when fear and anxious thoughts seem too strong to handle on your own.
