Bach flower remedies

Bach Flower remedies

What are Flower remedies? The flower remedies are essences from plants, shrubs, and trees. These essences were discovered by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1920’s and 1930’s.

Who was Dr Bach? Dr Edward Bach, was an acclaimed bacteriologist, physician, and pathologist, he dreamt of a healthy society and wanted to address all aspects of human nature, his remarkable contribution to medicine, healing, and humanity are finally being recognised.

Why are they used for emotional health? He came to understand that for each human emotional state or pattern, there is a flower whose essence possesses an equal or opposite pattern. When these plants are used for their emotional states, they balance the human emotion and consequently, assist in the prevention and treatment of physical illness. Dr. Bach became increasingly convinced that emotional harmony was the key to good health, I strongly believe in the same principles. There are 38 remedies in the Bach flower remedy system. Each remedy is linked with primary human emotions. Fear, confidence, tolerance, self-acceptance are a few of these human emotions.

Below is an example of the flower remedy Agrimony

Flower remedy: Agrimony Negative emotion: Hidden worry and inner torment Positive outcome: Cheerfulness and Peace. When the flower remedy is identified through muscle testing and the emotional work is complete, the chosen flower remedy is taken as directed, then it will bring the client back into a harmonious state of balance.

Will kinesiology and flower remedies help me? Kinesiology will help to resolve fears, anxieties, and traumas both past and present. When flower remedies are used alongside Kinesiology muscle testing, I will access the emotion behind the problem; this will help the client to build and re-establish a pattern of balanced thinking and bring about a better quality of health. My clients are always given a personalised flower remedy to help and support their healing in-between treatments.

I am fully qualified in level 1, Level 2 and level 3 and now qualified as a Bach Practitioner approved by the Dr Edward Bach Center.
