Cancellation policy
Your treatment time is valuable and reserved just for you.
Kinesiology sessions require a high level of energy and focus, and I book only a very limited number of appointments each day and many weeks in advance. Where possible, you always need to provide at least 24hrs hours notice to change your appointment, otherwise, there will be a cancellation fee of £40.00.
