Wellbeing is defined by the Oxford English Dictionary as “the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.” However, it is important to realise that wellbeing is a much broader concept than moment-to-moment happiness. While it does include happiness, it also includes other things, health wellness, emotional wellness, physical wellness.
Coming soon to this area will be articles to help navigate your way to wellness, with topics close to my heart, that I work with, in my clinical practice. Personally, I feel they are essential to our sense of wellbeing.
