Pathway to self-love
The answer to finding self-love can be found on the inside. Very often we look for ways to love ourselves, buying a new dress, or a new hairstyle, but nothing seems to create lasting change. I have been trailblazing for many years the pathways to self-love through my unique style of work, using kinesiology.
How do we know when we need to follow a path?
Anxiety, fear, stress, depression, lack of confidence, shock, trauma, lack of healthy boundaries and ill-health, will keep us from going within. Too many of these experiences can keep us outside of ourselves. Intuitively we will know when we need to come inside and when we need to seek help and guidance.
How do we do this?
There isn’t one specific tool, but it is a culmination of tools that can help us to identify, what we need at any given time and how we can bond with our inner world, and this is sometimes called our inner child. In Buddhism, it is called a separate self and In psychotherapy, it is called shadow work. As you can see there is a pattern here, finding self-love really does involve coming inside.
I have found the journey to inside ourselves can be the longest and the most valuable one.
What happens when we turn towards ourselves with love?
Our relationship with others and our loved ones become stronger. We don’t experience the regular triggers that make us angry, sad and depressed and we make better choices for our well being and for others. In short, we begin to feel happier and able to live our best life.
To save feeling overwhelmed I have chosen 3 tools that I use regularly, for myself and my clients.
- Mindfulness Meditation helps you to continue the work outside of kinesiology, it can be our anchor in stormy times and our constant when life is calm.
- Journaling and writing out thoughts can be like going to therapy, it is simply writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly. keeping a journal can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health.
- My kinesiology is rich and diverse with inner work. I use mindfulness, bodywork, nutrition, energy work, and deep care to help you navigate the pathways to self-love.
