I first went to see Pauline because I had had bad skin for a few years and had tried many alternatives and to try and help me cope with the stress of exams. After a few sessions, I felt completely different; I had been advised which foods I should try and avoid to help my skin and given correct supplements. It was easy for me to change my diet slightly because it was not too strict which suited me. My digestion slowly improved and I found I had a lot more energy after a small change in diet. Pauline had also helped me cope with the stress from doing A-levels, she did a lot of emotional work and uncovered things I didn’t realise I had been holding onto. She also gave me tips on small things to do during every day. I found that it was easier to concentrate while I was revising which was a great help during exams.
