Deeper meanings
The intestines as a whole are one huge 25 ft tube responsible for the majority of water and nutrient absorption. Their job is to discriminate what to keep, and what to let go of.
The gut feels everything but doesn’t always know how to process what’s coming in. It is now understood that the gut is also the second brain; any intrusive thoughts go from the mind to the gut and vice versa. It is also known that the gut has acupuncture points around and along the colon that corresponds to organs and glands within the body, this beautiful piece of art within us, so connected to the wiring of who we are.
Supporting our gut to assimilate (emotions and nutrition), absorb and eliminate with ease often needs nutritional advice and support with releasing what we no longer need to create new thought patterns.
Releasing deep feelings is not a quick fix and not a word I like to use; it can be done when held and cared for appropriately. Opening the right questions to create a conversation and allowing deep stillness in treatment really helps to bring mind and body together, creating big change. Kinesiology allows me to work with your needs in order of priority.
So, with all that said, imagine a sense of peace within you, clarity and calm bringing a deeper connection with yourself and those you love by working to heal and maintain good health.
