At the age of 21 I had an operation for a dislocating shoulder. Since that time I didn’t have the ability or confidence to lift my shoulder above my head, in case it dislocated once more. That was until at the age of 40 Pauline treated it. She released tension, both physical and emotion, and it was incredible to feel at the end of the session the freedom my shoulder now had.
